The Charge app will charge a 1.3% fee in addition to any fees incurred by Stripe. Typically these fees are 2.9% plus 30 cents per transaction, but can vary based on your agreement with Stripe. These fees are non-refundable and are refundable only at the Service’s discretion.
When using Charge, you must operate within reasonable guidelines. You may not abuse the service at any time or use it for reasons that are not deemed acceptable by Stripe’s terms and conditions, which you previously agreed to by creating a Stripe account.
Charge and SureSwift Capital Inc. assume no liability for anything that happens to your Stripe account while using the app. SureSwift Capital Inc. cannot be held responsible for anything. There will be no compensation for any harm, liability, or loss arising while using the service.
Charge and SureSwift Capital Inc. use best in class security standards. We never store or use credit card information, bank account information, or information of this type of nature.
We do not own any of your data, but may use it to enhance the features of the app. The only information stored in the app is the most basic Stripe user information received upon connecting your account. This data, primarily the oAuth token, gives Charge the ability to create charges on your behalf. We do not store any payment or transaction data whatsoever. Rather, we allow you to work directly through Stripe and its dashboard for all payment and business-related records of any kind.
As part of the Stripe login process and to connect your Stripe account to Charge, Stripe requires information about your phone number in order to ensure secure and successful account access.
